Ikone

Ykone House, conceived by Lebanese architect Fadi Sarieddine, stands out as a multifunctional mixed-use retail space. According to Fadi, "The Ykone space was an exceptional project, seamlessly combining the roles of a workspace, a studio, and a café offering complimentary coffee. I designed the space to celebrate all three functions, encouraging visual and spatial interaction. The central element, a timber slat-clad staircase, serves to connect the mezzanine and ground floor, creating continuity and functioning as a practical wall on the mezzanine."
